Why I Prefer Personal Training
I love our group classes—but if I’m being honest, I prefer working one-on-one.
Because this is where I see the biggest shifts…not just physically, but mentally too.
It’s Built for You
In personal training, everything is designed around your body—your injuries, your mobility, your experience level.
Nothing is rushed. Nothing is guessed.
Especially if you’re newer to kettlebells or barbells, you get the time to actually learn the movements, not just go through them.
You Move at Your Pace
One of the biggest frustrations I see in group classes is people feeling like they have to keep up.
That pressure can take you out of the moment—and honestly, it’s where frustration starts.
In a 1:1 setting, that disappears.
You move at the pace you need.
We slow things down, ask questions, adjust, and build confidence as you go.
This Is Where Real Coaching Happens
This is the part I care about most.
In a one-on-one session, I can really dial in on what’s going on with your body:
- tight areas
- old injuries
- imbalances or asymmetries
- movement patterns that need attention
These details are often missed in a group—but they’re exactly what help you move better and feel better.
