Less is More in Training
Learn how to train around an injury instead of stopping completely—adjust your movements, focus on what you can do, and keep making progress while you recover.

If you saw my latest gym post, here’s the real state of my body right now.
Left carpal tunnel surgery on 8/28. Right side on 9/11.
I’ve had bilateral carpal tunnel for 15+ years, and eventually I couldn’t run from surgery anymore. So I’ve had to adjust everything.
Right now, it’s mobility and dead bugs daily.
Instead of focusing on what I can’t do, I made a list of everything I CAN do and I’m working from there.
The silver lining? I’m finally doing more dedicated core work. Apparently, before this, the only core training I was doing was when I had to demo it. ;)
Soon I’ll start rebuilding my single-arm push-up. And as soon as I can grip a kettlebell again, believe me, I will be.
Sometimes training means working with what you have and making the most of it.
Less is more. Even when your body forces you to prove it.
