Two Years of Bellbar: Built for Real People, Real Training
A heartfelt note from Bellbar's founder reflecting on two years of purposeful, community-driven fitness — reminding members to reserve classes, welcoming new faces, and celebrating the art of intentional programming that makes Bellbar more than just a gym.

Happy Sunday, Bellbar Family!
Hope everyone had a wonderful Fourth of July — now let's carry that energy straight into the week ahead and get to work!
A quick but important reminder: please take a moment to reserve your classes for this week. A few new faces will be walking through the doors to give Bellbar a try, and making sure they have a spot is helpful for me. Reserve early so no one gets left out from being coached properly.
Today I'm nostalgic that we're TWO years in. It's hard for me not to pause and feel grateful.
I bought this gym out of a very real need — a place free from the noise and fluff of commercial fitness, a place where real training and coaching happens, and where the demands of my working-mom life could actually coexist with a deep love for my craft.
That vision hasn't changed. It's only grown stronger. Every new person that finds me, cements in my mind that I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be.
My programming is not cookie cutter here. It is my art — carefully thought through, intentionally designed, and built around you. I truly hope you feel that.
Thank you for showing up, week after week, and making Bellbar possible for me.
I'm grateful for an incredible coaching staff and all of you AND genuinely excited for everything YEAR 3 holds.
See you in the gym.

The body was built to move, and movement done with purpose is never wasted. How are you showing up this week — not just physically, but with intention?
