Bellbar 101 Returns: Learn the Basics of Kettlebells & Barbells

We’re excited to announce the RETURN of Bellbar 101 to the class schedule at Bellbar Strength Lab. Starting this month, Bellbar 101 will take place every other Saturday at 9:00 AM, and it’s open to the community.

If you’ve ever been curious about kettlebells, barbells, or strength training in general, this class is the perfect place to start.

What Is Bellbar 101?

Bellbar 101 is a beginner-friendly class designed to teach the foundational movements of kettlebell and barbell training. Instead of jumping into a fast-paced workout, we slow things down and focus on learning how to move well and lift safely.

During the class, you’ll learn basic strength movements such as:

  • Kettlebell swings
  • Goblet squats
  • Barbell deadlifts
  • Pressing and pulling movements
  • Proper setup, grip, and positioning

Our goal is simple: help you build confidence with kettlebells and barbells so you feel comfortable progressing into regular strength training classes.

Who Is This Class For?

Bellbar 101 is perfect for:

  • Beginners who have never used kettlebells or barbells
  • Anyone who feels intimidated by the weight room
  • People returning to strength training after time away
  • Anyone who wants to refine their lifting fundamentals

You do not need any prior experience. The class is designed to meet you where you are.
